Privacy Policy

Information kept on your iPhone
The app stores your business profile, customer details, site addresses, photographs, measurements, notes, costs, quote snapshots, acceptance records, invoices, payment records and follow-up details locally. We do not operate an app account or developer backend, and the app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDK.
Camera, photos and on-device assistance
The camera supports boundary measurement and site photos. The system photo picker gives the app access only to the items you select. Selected images are resized and re-encoded for local storage. Optional intelligent assistance uses Apple's on-device model, with no cloud inference fallback. You review suggestions before anything is saved.
Finding site addresses
Apple Maps processes address searches, coordinates and nearby-place requests. Pave Measure asks for foreground location only when you choose location lookup or ask it to complete a dictated address. It does not track you in the background or retain raw coordinates. Only the address you confirm is saved with the job. You can type an address without granting location access.
Job dictation
Dictation asks for microphone and speech-recognition permission when you start it. It requires on-device English speech recognition. Audio is not saved or sent to our servers. Raw transcripts are discarded after review; only fields and work descriptions you confirm are stored.
Follow-up reminders
If you enable reminders, the app requests notification permission and schedules local notifications on your iPhone. Notification text does not include customer names or site addresses. You can turn notifications off in iPhone Settings.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases and provides signed product, transaction and subscription status to the app. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple's privacy policy applies to its processing.
Sharing, backups and retention
You decide where PDFs and data archives are sent through the iOS share sheet. Archives contain personal and commercial records, so store them carefully. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. Archiving a job keeps its data. Deleting a job removes its saved record, including its quote snapshots. Attachment files remain until you use Settings > Backup and storage > Remove unreferenced attachments. Removing the app removes its local app data; copies in device backups, exported archives and shared files are controlled separately by you and the services you chose. We cannot access or recover your local records from a developer server.
Website and support
The website calculators run in your browser and do not send us their inputs. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process technical connection data, including IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. If you contact support, we use your message and contact details to answer you and keep them only as long as reasonably needed for support, security and legal records.
Your choices and rights
You can refuse camera, microphone, speech or location permission and use the available manual routes. You can view, edit, export and delete app records on your iPhone. For information you have sent directly to us, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent where it applies. Email support@insanerabbit.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children and changes
Pave Measure is a business tool and is not directed at children. We may update this policy when the product or law changes. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
