Privacy policy draft

Pave Measure is built by Insane Rabbit Labs and operated by Fear Army Ltd. This draft describes the current implementation. Public contact details will be added before the app launches.

Data on your device

The app stores your business profile, customer details, site addresses, photographs, measurements, notes, costs and quote snapshots locally. There is no app account, developer backend, advertising or analytics integration.

Photos and intelligence

The camera supports boundary measurement and site photos. The system photo picker shares only the items you select. Selected photos are resized and re-encoded for local storage. Requested Foundation Models assistance runs on device. No cloud inference fallback is used.

Finding site addresses

Apple Maps processes address searches and map coordinates online. Location permission is requested when you use location lookup or complete a dictated address. The app does not track you in the background or store raw location coordinates. Only the address you select is saved with the job. You can enter an address manually without granting location access.

Job dictation

Dictation requests microphone and speech permission when started. It requires on-device English speech recognition and does not save an audio recording or use server transcription. You can type instead. Only confirmed fields and the work description are saved; raw transcripts are discarded. After dictation, foreground location can help Apple Maps suggest a fuller address, which you confirm before saving. Optional smart extraction uses the on-device system model.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and provides signed transaction and subscription information to the app. The app does not receive your payment card details. Imported archives never grant purchase entitlements.

Sharing, backup and deletion

You choose where PDFs and archives are sent using system sharing. Archives contain personal and commercial records. Operating-system device backups may contain app data. Job deletion removes the saved record; storage cleanup removes unreferenced files. Issued quotes retain their historical snapshots until the job is deleted.

This website

The calculator runs in your browser and does not transmit inputs. There are no analytics scripts, trackers, advertising cookies or third-party font requests in the delivered website. A future public hosting provider will necessarily process connection information such as IP addresses; its identity and retention must be documented before deployment.
