Pave Measure

Terms of Use

Effective 11 September 2026. These terms apply to Pave Measure and its website. The app is published by Fear Army Ltd, trading as Insane Rabbit Labs. By using Pave Measure, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept them for that business.

What Pave Measure does

Pave Measure helps you record site information, calculate quantities and costs, and prepare quotes and related documents. You remain responsible for checking every dimension, material assumption, rate, scope item, exclusion, tax treatment and total before relying on an estimate or sending a document to a customer.

Measurements and suggestions

AR and LiDAR measurements are estimates affected by the device, surface, movement, visibility and lighting. Photographs cannot establish scale, hidden conditions, ground suitability, drainage performance or structural safety. Intelligent outputs are suggestions for your review. Pave Measure is not a substitute for a professional survey, engineering advice, statutory approval or a competent site assessment.

Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter, and for having permission to store customer details and site photographs. Keep regular exports somewhere safe. Local storage does not guarantee recovery after device loss, damage, deletion or app removal. Do not use the app to store unlawful material or information you have no right to process.

Free access and Solo Pro

Free access includes the features and usage allowance described in the app. Solo Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions, with the same paid feature access. The App Store shows the current price and billing period before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. No introductory trial is offered at launch. Use Restore purchases in the app to recover an eligible purchase on another device.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, repair or update the app, change free usage limits for future use, or withdraw features where reasonably necessary. We will not deliberately remove access to records you have already created solely because a subscription ends. Some features depend on compatible Apple hardware, operating-system services, downloaded models and internet access to Apple services.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, Pave Measure is provided as a working aid. Fear Army Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by unchecked measurements, assumptions, prices, tax choices, site conditions, customer decisions or construction work. If you use Pave Measure for business, our total liability arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Apple terms

Your licence to use the iOS app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms. Apple provides the App Store and purchase services, but Fear Army Ltd is responsible for Pave Measure, its support and these terms.

Ending use

You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law or respond to serious misuse. Provisions intended to continue, including responsibility for records and limits of liability, survive termination.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and may bring a claim in the courts available under applicable consumer law. Questions can be sent to support@insanerabbit.com.
