Support and data recovery

Pave Measure is built by Insane Rabbit Labs. The legal business behind the app and website is Fear Army Ltd. The app is coming soon; a public support email will be added before launch.

Make an estimate

Create a job, enter a known area or dimensions, then check the measurement. Add your material layers and costs. Select markup or gross margin, review tax and issue a quote only after checking the scope and total.

Back up and restore

In Settings, choose Export full data archive, then save it to a location you control. Import validates the archive before showing a preview. Existing conflicts are retained, with imported copies kept separately. The free allowance history is merged conservatively.

Camera or intelligence unavailable

Manual measurement and pricing remain available. Camera permission is requested when needed. On-device suggestions depend on supported hardware, language and downloaded models. You can always add observations yourself.

Subscription and existing records

Restore purchases from Settings. Apple manages subscriptions. Existing jobs, quotes and exports remain accessible after expiry. Deleting a quote does not restore a free quote family.

If data cannot open

Do not delete or reinstall the app before preserving a backup. Record the displayed error and use the feedback contact provided with the test build. Do not send customer archives unless specifically requested through an agreed support process.
